These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and joyavip ("joyavip", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at joyavip.org. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. In the event of a conflict between any supplementary policy and this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 Self-Excluded Players

Players who have self-excluded from joyavip using the platform's self-exclusion tools, or who have been excluded by joyavip due to a breach of this Agreement, are not eligible to register a new account or participate in gaming activities for the duration of the applicable exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account constitutes a breach of these terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one registered account with joyavip at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another individual's name, or using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. joyavip uses technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Bangladesh, valid email address , and active mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of account balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joyavip username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account. joyavip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify joyavip immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

joyavip may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing withdrawals, following a significant change in betting activity, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent conduct. Documents that may be requested include a national ID card, passport, driving licence, or proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). joyavip does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. 4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your joyavip account within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating institution. joyavip does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which joyavip accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by joyavip's payments team in accordance with applicable verification and security checks. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

joyavip reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the joyavip account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your account settings and may be updated by joyavip at its discretion. Players participating in the VIP programme may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as specified under their applicable VIP tier terms.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

joyavip offers a welcome bonus of up to ৳30,000 on a player's first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new players who have not previously held a joyavip account. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum deposit threshold specified in the current welcome offer terms. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's account automatically upon qualifying deposit confirmation.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms, accessible at the time the offer is presented. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to both the bonus amount and the qualifying deposit. Wagering contributions vary by game type:

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, joyavip reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the offending account. joyavip's determination of bonus abuse is final.

5.4 Promotional Amendments

joyavip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts in good standing at the time of the change, provided that the relevant wagering requirements have not yet been initiated.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using joyavip, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination:

• Providing false identity or registration information, or impersonating any other person.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the joyavip platform in any way not sanctioned by joyavip.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing game information in real time, or exploiting multiplayer game formats to gain unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to joyavip support promptly and may not be exploited for personal gain.
• Attempting to launder money or using joyavip for any activity that constitutes financial crime under applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards joyavip staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Registering an account if you are self-excluded or have been previously banned from joyavip.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account closure and recovery proceedings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the joyavip platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, user interface designs, game assets, promotional materials, text, and the joyavip brand identity — is the exclusive property of joyavip or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Habanero) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the joyavip platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming enjoyment only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any joyavip content without prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any element of the joyavip platform.
• Use joyavip's brand name, logos, or trademarks in any context outside of personal reference to the platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from joyavip.org by any means.

Any unauthorised use of joyavip's intellectual property is a breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by joyavip.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

joyavip strives to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to its platform; however, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, or connectivity issues beyond joyavip's control may result in temporary unavailability. joyavip will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime or service interruption.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All games on joyavip operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party game studios. joyavip does not guarantee any particular outcome or return from any game or betting event. Gambling involves inherent financial risk; you accept this risk entirely and independently when placing any wager on the platform.

8.3 Third-Party Services

joyavip integrates with third-party payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket) and game content providers. We are not liable for delays, errors, or failures originating from these third-party services. In the event of a payment processing failure by a third-party provider, joyavip's liability is limited to facilitating a resolution with the relevant provider on your behalf.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joyavip's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through joyavip's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
